LITTLE RIVER, S.C. (WBTW) — Critical injuries have been reported after a two-vehicle crash along Highway 17 in Little River, Horry County Fire Rescue said.
It happened near Eastport Boulevard, HCFR said. Crews responded at 4:51 p.m.
