ATLANTIC BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — The town of Atlantic Beach, in collaboration with the nonprofit organization UCAN, hosted a Juneteenth celebration that emphasized African American heritage and culture.
Sandra Brooks, Executive Director of UCAN, highlighted the event’s educational purpose.
