HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — Three people were hurt Friday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 501 near Conway, according to Horry County Fire Rescue.
HCFR responded at 12:55 p.m. to the area of Highway 501 W. and D Street. The crash blocked Conway-bound traffic while emergency crews worked in the area.
