Man faces multiple weapons charges after shooting incidents near Loris

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A 21-year-old man is facing weapons charges after multiple shooting incidents along Highway 9 near Loris on Saturday, Horry County police records show.

Nyshawn Ralik Doctor was charged with possession of a weapon during a violent crime, discharging a firearm into a dwelling, and possession of firearms and ammunition. He was booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center on Saturday, where he remains Monday morning on a $60,000 bond.
