The man said he was on his bicycle and as he approached the area of Waverly Rd and Petigru Avene, he “was suddenly shoved from the rear, causing him to fall off his bicycle,” the report states. “When he was able to gather himself and look up, he observed an unknown subject actively going through his pockets and backpack.”
The man described the suspect as a black male, approximately 5’10” to 5’11” in height, medium build, wearing a black mask and goggles.
