HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — The Horry County Coroner’s Office has identified a 41-year-old woman who died after she was hit while trying to cross Highway 501 Wednesday night.
Ashley Todd of Conway died as she tried to cross the highway at Carolina Forest Boulevard, Chief Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard said. She died of blunt force injuries.
She was hit at about 11:10 p.m. Wednesday by a 2015 Honda SUV that was traveling north on Highway 501, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol. The person in the SUV was alone and not injured…
