PAWLEY’S ISLAND, S.C. (WPDE) — An event created to wrap up the festive Independence Day weekend has been postponed.
The third annual Wave That Flag Festival and a laser-light show were scheduled to be held on Sunday, from 6-8 p.m. at Retreat Park in the Litchfield community of Pawleys Island.
