MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) – Another warm and humid night coming up for the area. We could see a little bit of fog in a few locations. This shouldn’t be much of a big deal. Lows tonight will be in the mid to upper 70s along the coast. Inland, lows will fall into the low to mid 70s.
As we head into Sunday and Monday, high pressure off the coast will keep us with a south to southeast flow. That will warm us into the upper 80s to low 90s along the coast. Inland, we will see temperatures in the mid 90s. A few isolated storms are possible. Around a 20% chance across the coverage area. Overnight lows will be in the mid 70s across the coast. Low to mid 70s inland.
As high pressure moves closer to the coast, we will see an uptick of storm coverage over the area on Tuesday and Wednesday. We could see scattered to numerous thunderstorms across the area. This will be our best chance through the week to see storms. Highs will be slightly cooler. Highs around the coast will be in the the mid to upper 80s. As you get inland, highs will be closer to 90…
