Report, warrant outline what led to arrest of Georgetown’s ex-Chief Judge

GEORGETOWN, S.C. (WCSC) – The now-former Chief Municipal Judge for the City of Georgetown stands accused of shoving a woman out of a car, resulting in her hospitalization, in a domestic violence investigation.

A warrant for his arrest shows that Robert Harry O’Donnell, 77, was arrested Thursday on the charge of domestic violence in the second degree.

O’Donnell was arrested by the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office.
