North Myrtle Beach leaders approved on Monday, July 21, a change to the Parkway Group Planned Development District, paving the way for a new 7-Eleven convenience store in Phases Four and Five of the Palmetto Coast Industrial Park.
The decision rezones an outparcel lot to accommodate the 4,824-square-foot store, designed to serve both the industrial workforce and nearby residential communities.
