PETA calls on USDA to close Myrtle Beach Safari

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — Following the conviction of former “Tiger King” star Bhagavan “Doc” Antle, PETA is calling on the USDA to shut down his business in Horry County.

The organization claims that Antle illegally assisted in the operations of the business despite having his USDA license cancelled in January 2024. According to records, a company was formed by one of Antle’s wives, China York, just days after Antle’s arrest in 2022.
