NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – A lawsuit has been filed against the City of North Myrtle Beach by the estate of a Florida man who was pulled from the ocean two years ago.
In July of 2023, 30-year-old Michael Letzkus of Sandford, Florida, died days after being taken the hospital after he was rescued from the ocean in the Cherry Grove area.
