HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — A report from the Horry County Police Department (HCPD) detailed the barricaded person incident, which prompted a SWAT response in the Surfside Beach area of Horry County Thursday afternoon.
According to the report, a victim called HCPD to report a verbal domestic dispute on Saggitarius Drive off of Crystal Lake Drive near the Prestwick Community around 3:00 p.m.
