HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — The Carolina Forest area welcomed two new elementary schools to the Horry County School system with ribbon cuttings on Thursday.
Ten Oaks and Pine Island elementary schools each had their ribbon-cutting ceremonies Thursday morning.
