HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A family member connected with one of two high-profile cases that have moved through the Horry County Coroner’s office is calling for the removal of one its top-ranking employees, accusing her of mishandling both.
Those claims against Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard are backed by a recently launched online petition that’s garnered more than 1,100 signatures as of Monday. The coroner’s office is denying any wrongdoing.
