Woman allegedly ‘dancing’ before crash that killed passenger in Myrtle Beach

A 52-year-old woman was “dancing” in her vehicle before causing a crash that killed a man in Myrtle Beach, according to an arrest warrant.

Leigh Ann Rayno was arrested Monday by Myrtle Beach Police on charges of reckless homicide.

Officers responded to the crash that occurred at 1 p.m. on May 25, 2025, on northbound Kings Highway near the intersection of 9th Avenue South, the warrant said. Rayno had allegedly struck the vehicle from behind, causing the death of a passenger in the vehicle, the warrant said…
