Historic farm’s barn in Conway catches fire. Here’s what we know about damage

An educational barn at an historic Horry County farm was damaged after catching fire Tuesday evening.

Horry County Fire Rescue responded to the L.W. Paul Living History Farm, 2260 Short-Cut Road in Conway, about 6:14 p.m. The barn was on fire and sustained damage, a Facebook post said.

It is unclear how severe the damage is and whether the barn will be repaired.

A message left for officials at the Horry County Museum, which operates and maintains the farm, was not immediately returned Wednesday…
