New brunch spot opens, increasing Myrtle Beach’s breakfast restaurant scene

Myrtle Beach has a new restaurant that will be serving up breakfast and lunch.

Honey Bees, 109 S. Kings Highway, opened its doors on July 31 and is the second restaurant for owner Artur Petrosyan.

Petrosyan decided to open the brunch restaurant in the city, recognizing the Myrtle Beach area’s love for breakfast and brunch establishments.

The restaurant’s breakfast menu is large, including such typical morning foods as omelettes, waffles and skillets, as well as Southern takes on shrimp and grits and fried green tomatoes…
