The disturbance over the northern Atlantic Ocean has finally become a full-fledged tropical storm and it’s name is Fernand.
The storm is over the open waters a few hundred miles south-southeast of Bermuda. This storm is forecast to travel north and intensify, but avoid any land.
Considering this storm will be weaker and further from the U.S. compared to Erin, coastal impacts are not anticipated for the Eastern Seaboard. Bermuda may have some rough surf and marine impacts, however…
