Rent prices in Myrtle Beach down 6-7% compared to last year

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — After a long stretch of rising rents, post-pandemic, in Myrtle Beach, new data suggests prices are beginning to cool off.

Following an incline in rental pricing from 2021 to 2024, the Myrtle Beach area is now seeing about a 6-7% decrease year-over-year.
