Horry County’s Planning Commission recommended approval Thursday night, Sept. 5, for a rezoning request that could bring 205 additional homes off Brown Swamp Road in the Conway area.
The request seeks to rezone 64.4 acres from Forest Agriculture (FA) and Manufactured Structure District 10 (MSF10) to Multi-Residential District 1 (MRD1), allowing for 124 single-family homes.
