North Myrtle Beach councilwoman facing DUI charge was pulled over for having expired registration sticker, report says

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — A North Myrtle Beach city councilwoman arrested on a DUI charge was pulled over by Myrtle Beach police because her vehicle had an expired registration sticker, according to a police report.

Nikki Fontana, 51, was arrested after the traffic stop Saturday night in the 500 block of 48th Ave. N. and charged with first-offense driving under the influence.
