First responders from departments all across Horry County conducted a full-scale emergency response exercise at the Myrtle Beach International Airport on Thursday, Sept. 4.
The Federal Aviation Administration requires airports to simulate an aircraft incident every three years to assess and improve procedures, capabilities and coordination with other public safety agencies.
