South Carolina Highway Patrol responded to a traffic fatality on Red Bluff Road and Highway 777 in Loris at about 11:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 9.
According to Horry County Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard, Kaleb Collins was killed in the crash.
