NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — On Friday, police announced that they’re conducting their first Public Space Safety and Restoration Initiative.
This two-day operation is “designed to address areas impacted by illegal urban camping and misuse of public spaces such as parks, streets, and public right-of-ways, as outlined in City Ordinance 16-16,” according to the North Myrtle Beach Police Department.
