Sunshine sticking around

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) – A beautiful sunny day across the area. We did see a few thunderstorms develop along the Interstate 95 corridor this afternoon. Some of those storms produced some gusty winds, pockets of heavy rain, and lightning. Tonight we could see some patchy fog where those storms did fire up. Otherwise we will see mostly to partly clear skies. Lows falling into the mid to upper 60s.

Sunday, we will see sunshine continuing, maybe a few more clouds. Otherwise we will see highs warming into the low to mid 80s across the Grand Strand. As we get inland, we will see highs in the mid to upper 80s. The sunshine will continue through much of the week. Highs will again range in the mid to upper 80s through Tuesday. As we get into Wednesday and Thursday, high temperatures will warm into the low 90s inland, to upper 80s across the coast.
