HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — Four people were taken to the hospital with critical injuries Sunday evening after a crash on Highway 905 in Horry County, authorities said.
The two-vehicle wreck happened in the area of Highway 905 and Home Plantation Road, just south of Highway 22, according to Horry County Fire Rescue. Crews were dispatched at about 6:45 p.m.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating. No additional information was immediately available…
