ATLANTIC BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — Atlantic Beach interim police chief Carlos Castillo has been suspended for the second time since mid-August amid a larger effort by town manager Adrian Jones to bring stronger accountability into the community.
Jones told News13 on Monday that Castillo has been temporarily relieved of his duties, which Castillo confirmed. Neither would comment further.
