HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A non-profit helping victims and survivors of domestic violence is making headway a year since breaking ground on its new shelter in Conway.
The Family Justice Center of Horry and Georgetown counties says it’s the first shelter in Horry County since 2012.
