PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C. (WCSC) – A house fire Monday morning has prompted Pawleys Island officials to issue a safety warning about lithium batteries.
Fire crews responded to a 911 call from people in the house reporting a blaze on the north end of Myrtle Avenue, where they discovered a lithium battery had caught fire under the house.
