A Socastee High School special education aide has been arrested for an alleged incident involving a child at the school.
Patrick Fischer, 40, was arrested by Horry County Police on Oct. 7, 2025, and charged with unlawful conduct toward and child and third-degree assault and battery, according to online booking records.
