HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – Two of the six lawsuits filed against Horry County Schools, a former principal and a former teacher have been dismissed, records show.
The two lawsuits, with settlements of $150,000 each, have been closed after Horry County Schools offered over $600,000 worth of settlements to the families in July.
