Fall-like start to the week

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — A cold front moved through the area overnight and has brought along some breezy conditions and cooler temperatures. There were only a couple of sprinkles with this front, but nothing measurable.

This morning will be fairly comfortable with low and mid-50s inland and upper 50s to near 60 closer to the coast. It will not be as warm as yesterday with highs in the low 70s, but it will be a beautiful and sunny day.

Clear skies tonight will allow for radiational cooling, and it will be much colder with low temperatures back into the 40s across the Pee Dee. The rest of the week will see high pressure set up across the area. That will lead to abundant sunshine and beautiful temperatures in the low to mid-70s. No rain chances in the forecast, with some crisp overnight temperatures. A dry cold front will move through the area Tuesday evening into Wednesday…
