CONWAY, S.C. (WPDE) — The city, known as Halloween, South Carolina, during October, is implementing a new traffic pattern to manage the influx of visitors.
Adam Emrick, city manager, announced that left-hand turns off Main Street will be prohibited starting today as a trial to improve traffic flow.
