Gentlemen’s club, former interim police chief file lawsuit against Atlantic Beach

ATLANTIC BEACH, SC (WMBF) – The operators of a gentlemen’s club and the former interim police chief of Atlantic Beach are taking the town to court.

CRAZY HORSE, which operates Thee DollHouse, and Carlos Castillo filed the lawsuit Monday.

The gentlemen’s club is categorized as a “legal nonconforming land use” as there is no place in the four-block town of Atlantic Beach where a “sexually oriented Adult Use” can open and operate in compliance with the town’s land management ordinance…
