SURFSIDE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — A man was arrested on Tuesday following a months-long drug trafficking investigation, according to the Town of Surfside Beach.
Malcom Eugene Owens-Brown, 55, was charged with multiple counts of distribution and trafficking of cocaine, crack cocaine and anabolic steroids.
