2 arrested after shooting at Horry County convenience store, report says

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – Two people have been arrested after a shooting last month at an Horry County convenience store.

Horry County Police Department responded on Sept. 11, 2025, to Gerald’s Convenience Store at 6475 N. Highway 701 near Conway for a shooting.

Tyler Gerald suffered a gunshot wound to the leg, telling police that he had bumped into a weapon he had just cleaned, causing it to go off, according to a police report…
