CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW) — An attorney representing the estate of a man killed in a high-profile 2023 road rage shooting is being sued by the gunman, who claims he’s used the incident to boost his own celebrity status.
Weldon Boyd — who has not been charged in the killing of Scott Spivey — said in a complaint filed Monday in Horry County Common Pleas Court that Mark Tinsley’s actions have made it impossible for him to seek justice.
