HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — New documents were obtained surrounding four officers with the Horry County Police Department who resigned last week after an internal affairs investigation.
The request was submitted through the Freedom of Information Act. It was learned that the four officers and the county spokesperson were reportedly engaged in sexual conduct.
