An Horry County jury found a Murrells Inlet man guilty of drug trafficking charges in a trial this week.
Kevin Maurice Hill, 37, of Murrells Inlet was sentenced to 10 years in state prison by South Carolina 15th Circuit Court Judge Alex Hyman on Thursday, Nov. 13.
