Multi-county Jeep chase reaches 106 mph before ending in Horry County arrest, police say

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – New details have been released after a Jeep chase that ended in Horry County was caught on video.

Deputies with the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office were first alerted to be on the lookout for a 2005 Jeep Wrangler around 9:18 a.m. Sunday, as Georgetown police were chasing after the Jeep across the Maryville Bridge on Highway 17.
