HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) – Before the sun was even up in the sky, dedicated shoppers in Horry County made sure to secure their spots in line on Black Friday, a holiday that many shoppers look forward to.
Whether they were looking for a new winter coat or crossing off their Christmas list, the shoppers at the Tanger Outlet on Highway 17 in Myrtle Beach were on a mission.
