HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – Four people were injured after a fiery crash in the Conway area late Friday afternoon.
Horry County Fire Rescue responded at 5 p.m. in the area of Pee Dee Highway and Highway 378 for a two-vehicle crash.
HCFR said one of the vehicles caught fire, but the flames were put out.
The four injured were taken to the hospital. Officials are asking drivers to avoid the area…
