CONWAY, S.C. (WPDE) — Highway 378 near Pee Dee Highway in Conway is blocked due to an electrical hazard incident, according to Horry County Fire Rescue (HCFR).
A power pole caught fire around 5:30 a.m. on Saturday, which damaged utility equipment, HCFR said.
