NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — Longtime North Myrtle Beach city councilman J.O. Baldwin on Monday became its next mayor in a brief swearing-in ceremony.
Baldwin replaces Marilyn Hatley, who opted not to seek another term after first being elected in 2001.
