HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – A judge is considering whether to allow critical evidence in a wrongful-death lawsuit stemming from a deadly 2023 road-rage shooting in the Longs area.
At a preliminary hearing held a few weeks ago, a motion involving the use of 9-1-1 calls from the night of the shooting was brought before the judge.
