Netflix to again film ‘Outer Banks’ scene in Myrtle Beach area. Where to watch

Bad weather forced Netflix to cancel its filming of the hit drama “Outer Banks” three times this year in the Myrtle Beach area.

Now production crews will try a fourth time this week to shoot a scene for the show’s finale.

Filming is set to take place on Friday, Dec. 12, 2025, on the Socastee Swing Bridge, according to South Carolina Film Commissioner Matt Storm. The filming will cause Dick Pond Road and the bridge to be closed from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. during that time, Storm said…
