Scarlet Samaha has spent the past year battling Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, traveling between Conway and Charleston for chemotherapy. Throughout her treatment, the 12-year-old Conway Christian School sixth-grader often kept busy with a box of legos.
Her mother Carmin Samaha said when her three kids were young, while in doctors’ waiting rooms or church services, the colorful building-blocks were her saving grace.
