Rainy weather proved to be little more than a speed bump Friday, Dec. 5 for an Arbor Day celebration in North Myrtle Beach.
City officials, the Yaupon Garden Club (YGC), the South Carolina Native Plant Society and the North Myrtle Beach Historical Preservation Society gathered to unveil a new walking trail and plant five memorial trees honoring community residents.
