MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — A shooting early Tuesday morning at a Myrtle Beach motel unfolded after a woman arrested in the case got into an argument with a person and then later gave that person’s identity to the alleged shooter, according to arrest warrants.
Kevin Dante Brown, 34, of Myrtle Beach, allegedly “fired multiple shots from a handgun attempting to kill the victim” at the South Bay Inn & Suites in the 1400 block of S. Ocean Boulevard, the warrants show. Police said no one was hurt in the shooting.
Police used surveillance video from the hotel that helped lead to the arrest of Brown, Dominique Janae Wood and Regina Taylor. The warrants say Wood provided Brown with the victim’s identity and that Taylor drove Brown away from the scene after the shooting…
